- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I ordered my passport from Rushmypassport 4 days before my international flight. After I placed my order, I called their number and went through their push button maze. I waited on hold with music during business hours for 20 minutes and no one ever answered. I also emailed them and asked for help. No reply. I finally went to the State Dept and got my passport myself. Today, (the day before I leave for my trip), they emailed me. Had I waited for them to respond, I never would have received my passport on time. If you need a rushed passport. DO NOT go with these people. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆It's pretty expensive, but when I needed a passport renewed by the end of the week (with no time to stand in line at a passport office & no appointments available), RushMyPassport gave me a checklist, I sent them the stuff on the checklist, and I got my new passport delivered the following afternoon by FedEx.
