- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This place is right down the street from my office so I usually stop here to mail things given the convenience. That all just changed. I just stopped by to drop off my save the dates which my fiancée & I handmade & have been working on for the past 2 weeks. When dropping into the mail window, I heard all of my save the dates fall on the floor(there was no basket beneath). Concerned, I went around to the front desk to simply ask a female employee if she saw this happen & could make sure they all got picked up. I even offered to help. Instead of a gracious response I was given attitude & then was mocked with a "congratulations" at the end. What a great experience in the wedding process. In a time when customer service can really differentiate in store with everything shifting online, you failed to deliver.By Kristina Everett, October 08, 2016
