- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I rarely ever write negative reviews, but in this case I had to do so. I opened an account with them and they gave me a temporary card and said they would mail an actual card to me. Then they cancelled the temporary card for no reason leaving me without access to my account. I called and they told me that the actual card was never sent, and that it would take another 7-10 days. I have never seen any bank display as much incompetence as this one. I will be switching banks as soon as possible. I highly recommend against banking with Wells Fargo; don't be fooled like I was!By Mike Langley, December 09, 2016
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been with Wachovia for 30 years and have substantial assets with them. Now they want to nickel and dime me with fees such as $6 / month just to use Quicken with my account! I complained to customer service and my branch. I threatened to change banks for both my personal and business needs. They said there was nothing they could do since Wells Fargo had purchased them. I am looking into switching to a smaller bank such as Regions. Really disappointed that my long term loyalty to them is worthless!!
