  For the most part good. Never wait too long and is conveniently located right by subway. But I went to customer service because I had gotten a replacement card at another branch and it had not been activated (my old card was still the only one that worked) and the employee "Genovieve" was super dismissive of the fact that I told her the new card wasn't working. She basically told me I was wrong and that on her screen it said it was active even though I told her tried buying multiple items today attempting to use the new card and it didn't work. That was after she invited me over to her desk but still kept me waiting while she talked to what I believe was an air conditioner repair man about how her Caribbean employees are "nice girls" and she "loves them" but they apparently don't have thick enough skin to stand an air conditioner blowing on them. I will call her remarks pseudo racist because they were not blatant but you could see the looks on the other womens' faces and I was just sitting there trying to comprehend what was happening right in front of me. So after about 5 to 6 minutes of her chitchatting with this man as I sat there across from her she takes my card and asks me what the problem is and I told her and she is off the bat dismissive telling me I'm wrong and to go try my card at the ATM. Lo and behold it did work there, which is apparently how a new card is supposed to be activated (no one ever told me) even though it had not worked all day and she came over to give me a smug "I told you so" and basically asked if that was all and I said yes and she just walked off once again talking to the repair man. Thanks a lot Genovieve for your terrible service and attitude that has made me prefer walking about 8 blocks out of my way if I ever need customer service again. Other than that I'm only gonna use the ATM here.
