- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The agents working at this branch are just retarded, there is no other words, especially Richard O. Austin who is a pathetic liar who doesnt follow on any requested matters, lies about what has been given to customers and is totally useless in terms of bank informations. What normally takes 3 weeks takes 5, documents supposed to be received are not, the informations given to the clients are misleading and basically if you don't follow up with them they will never call you back, The worst service I have never witnessed in a bank, period.
