- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I reported a huge fraud. They hardly helped. Also I repeatedly show them multiple days 24 hour periods when there were over $1400 in ATM withdrawals. 760 US is the daily limit. On November 14 and November 15 over 3000 was taken from ATM. I raised disputes with the local branch. They were useless. I expected more. A daily limit is designed to protect the customers. Reduce theft or irregular cash damage. Also 60 day limit to dispute is a joke. That means as a business owner (who experienced a fraud over 6 or 12 months I'm forced to keep a rolling dispute each day to avoid a transaction dropping off the eligible disputes calendar from 2 months prior. Its unrealistic to expect a business owner to waste that much tim with their bank. Doing what is essentially the banks job. In addition, transactions are time stamped which makes it nearly impossible to ID my transactions vs fraud if they are same amounts or same ATM.
