  USPS workers are always slacking off. They never deliver my packages correctly. 90% of the time I don't get my package until a week after the guaranteed delivery date. They drive to the front of my building and claim that the door is locked, even though there isn't a door. Then they have the audacity to schedule re-deliveries several times. These so called redeliveries never succeed and I end up going to the office to pick it up myself. If you won't deliver it properly, leave it at the post office the first time around, saves me some extra TIME. Also the customer support via phone and email are absolutely disgusting. Your automated system literally says 3 things that don't help. Get some real workers.

  Not friendly. They talk to you with the same attitude welfare department employees would talk to my mother whenever she went for a face to face interview at the welfare department when I was a child.... With an attitude, as though you did something wrong to them or they're unpleased to see you as though you're around them everything day and every second of the day. The employees talk and look at you as though your presence makes it hard on them. I just don't understand I thought having a job is a wonderful thing no matter where you're at. I mean, I wouldn't apply for a job, get the job and then act bitter about it. Make it the best you can not just yourself but for your customers

  What am I paying $150.00 for when I have to go pick up the giant package at the local post office myself instead of doing your job and delivering it like you're supposed to?

  I don't know if you guys received a Xmas card in mailbox or not, but my mailbox gets that card every year...a two sided Xmas card in an blank envelop (English side only says Merry Christmas and happy new year, and the Chinese side, in Chinese words of course, says "Merry Christmas, wishes from two mailmans"). And my stupid parents(Chinese) afraid of the mailman messes up our mails, so every year my parents put $5 in the mailbox for them, and it's been going on like this for 21 years, so 21x$5=$105. Imagine how much money they make, out of books, each year from Chinese residents here in Chinatown. Second thing I want to say is my dad went to drop off a package at this office, the package has the paid return shipping label on it, and guess what? The Chinese staff at the window refused to accept the package and asked to pay extra $6 to the package in order to ship. My dad didn't ship it there so he went to the smaller USPS office here on Clinton street, and guess what? The package was accepted here without problem. So I started wondering if the Chinese staff at the window purposely asking my dad to pay extra so he(the staff) can pocket the money to himself later. What can I say...Chinese scamming those none English speaking Chinese, easy money. The victims are these non English speaking Chinese! Easy targets! They don't know the laws and don't know how to stand up for themselves!
