- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you're picking up a package, expect to wait on line for 45 min to 1 hour. It's not that there are a lot of people waiting. Rather one package request takes 10- 15 min. Basic filing and organization escapes this location. This place needs a new system.By P C1976, August 06, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This post office is comically slow. There can be a line of 3 people and it will take over 45 minutes to get a package. But it's often a line of over a dozen. And the inconsistency of delivery slips is unbelievable. Sometimes the first slip you get is the "3rd attempt" even if I've been home all day. I get the feeling the organization in the back is all messed up. And the staff is clearly incompetent.By David Anthony, January 23, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give them a zero, I would. This place has, by far, consistently been a nightmare. 1) Staff: rude, lacking customer service and unwilling to answer the basic questions. I get that we may sometimes be tired or having a bad day but living here 4 years already and doing visits on a weekly basis has allowed me to see the same staff be downright offensive to customers at ALL times of the day. 2) the Store: its a mess. Always dirty (and I know they cant always control that), no boxes when you need them and barely any supplies. 3) get ready for it, WAIT TIME: by far their worst quality. On average, regardless of there only being 5 people in line, it takes me about a good 45 minutes to get a package (in high season holidays: easy 3 hours). Their regular retail service window is pretty much okay -- you are out of there in a good 15 mins. 4) deliveries: packages delivered to wrong address, lost, or just plain damaged. When they're unable to leave it in your building, they almosr NEVER leave you a notice which causes huuuge delays in the package pick up line. Overall, Id consider moving if I could avoid coming here but I like the neighborhood (and from what I see from others around the city, USPS just sucks overall).By javier lopez rios, November 03, 2016
