- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If you are a dog owner they give treats, so you will like this place. Still the manager has no issues overcharging. He charged me for 8 color copies because although it was 4 copies - why? Because i had copied the front and back of my id on the same sheet of paper and each counts as a separate copy per his scamming policy.By Tibs p, October 24, 2016
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I'm giving this place two stars because when I came in the staff was friendly and got me in and out quickly. However, the good service stops there. I came in with a dress that needed to be overnighted to Washington, D.C. I spoke with Heather and let her know my needs and the sense of urgency that this dress needed to be delivered. Heather let me know that the overnight shipping option would not be needed to get the package there the next day. I asked her 2-3 times about not shipping the package overnight and she assured me that it would get there on time. Of course the package did not make it the next day. I call the store and speak to Heather about the dress not arriving in time and she tells me that nothing is guaranteed when you ship ground and that nothing can be done to fix the situation. Wait...what? So either her comprehension is odd or she didn't want to do the work to get the package overnighted. I am so upset and will never put my trust in what any UPS representative tries to tell me. Now my friend is headed to Germany without a dress for the wedding she is attending.
